New Client Policy

We require a credit card deposit for all new guests. All deposits go towards services booked.


Please wear whatever is comfortable for you. Robes are provided for our guests to protect garments from hair services.


The services you selected are reserved especially for you. If you must cancel, please call 24 hours prior to your scheduled appoint-ment. If you fail to arrive to your scheduled appointment a cancellation charge of $50 will be added to your next visit or you may be asked for a credit card number to hold your appointment.


To receive the most out of your experience at Salon Medusa, please make sure to communicate your preferences with our staff. We offer a 10 day guarantee on all our services which means if you did not receive the results you were expecting please let our Salon Coordinator know and we will review and resolve the situation as soon as possible, (within 10 days of treatment).


Exchanges or store credit is available on any Aveda product when accompanied by a receipt within 30 days (NO EXCEPTIONS).


We accept Cash, Debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, Payment is due when services are rendered. No Checks.

Gift Cards

May be purchased in any amount for a specific service or product. Please present gift card at time of check in. Gift cards are non-refundable.


A gratuity in appreciation for outstanding service is appreciated and may be given at your discretion.
